Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Delivery methods and times

Standard delivery - Metropolitan France:
We offer free delivery for all orders, with no minimum purchase.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, depending on your place of residence.

International delivery:
We do not offer deliveries outside France at this time.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
