Return and Refund Policy

At Navielle, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have the right to return it under the conditions specified below.


Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return.


Return eligibility conditions

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

  • The original label must still be attached to the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • No returns will be accepted for personalized or intimate items (e.g., underwear), except in case of manufacturing defects.


Return procedure

  1. Send a message via our Contact page to inform us of your request.

  2. Once your request is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the return address.

  3. Return the item within 7 days following our approval, with the order number clearly visible inside the package.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order.


Refund

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If the product complies with our policy, we will proceed with a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  • The refund will be made according to the original payment method.

  • Personalized or intimate use products

  • Final sale or "flash sale" items
